Alireza and his team helped renovate my condo unit. The work included:
1. converting a 2 piece to a 3 piece washroom that required new floor and wall tiles, re-configuring the entire layout of the washroom, reusing the existing doors and fixtures.

2. building a custom archway in the living room

3, painting work for ceilings and walls

4. a drop ceiling in the dining room as a light box with new light fixtures

5. a new laundry room

6. furniture assembly

7. Miscellaneous flooring, electrical and plumbing work.

I still remember when I called Alireza over for a tour of the house so he can give me a quote. Of all the contractors I had called, he was the only one who was giving me honest and realistic solutions and was able to pre-warn be about some issues that could come up. I immediately had the confidence that he was the right man for the job. Despite delays and changes on my end, Alireza and his team were able to meet the deadline and have my place ready for me.
